Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- We only offer returns and exchanges to customers who received a damaged/wrong item due to an error on our end.
- Please note that you need to notify us within 7 working days from the receipt of your order if your item(s) are found to be damaged.
- Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Item(s) are to be returned complete, in original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with the original packaging.
- Returned item(s) will only be replaced with the same product, in the same size and colour, subjected to availability.
- Products have to be purchased by you, directly from this website only.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
Airy Underboxers reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges if item does not meet all of the above conditions.
Steps to Return & Exchange
- Ensure product is in original packaging as per the conditions stated above.
- Drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order ID and a photograph showing the defective area on the item/ the incorrect item.
Kindly include email title as: ‘Requesting for Return/Exchange’
- Our Customer Service Team will be in touch with you on the next steps to take once we assess the picture of the defect/verify the incorrect item has been delivered
- All returned item(s) should only be delivered back to us by our courier partners only. We will arrange for the pick-up of item based on our agreed date and time. Please note that Airy LLP cannot be held liable for any returned item(s) lost in transit. Also, kindly note that we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs if you choose to deliver the return items back it us of your own accord, without our prior consent.
- Your return item(s) will be processed within 7 business days (not inclusive of weekends and public holidays) from the date we receive it.
- A final inspection will be conducted to ensure that your returned item(s) have met our Conditions for Returns & Exchanges.
- Once your returned item(s) have been processed, you will be notified through email
